Having worked for Luerssen Shipyard for seven years, Christiane saw back then the need for a perfectly organized and extremely effective Shore Side Support Company which could adapt very flexibly to the needs of each individual mega-yacht client.
Sophie started her career path studying Business Law and will now be sitting her office management apprenticeship exams in early 2023.
Supporting our operational team, she is a great multitasker and handles many different requests at the same time. She also has a talent for numbers and is a helpful addition to our accounting department where she keeps an overview of all invoices to be handled.
Apart from work, Sophie has enjoyed Tae-kwon-do since she was six years old and is well armed ‘to tackle all of our clients’ special inquires.
Pia has a background in hospitality, and enjoys assisting our clients with their operations down to the last detail. Her Danish & American roots have extended to France, where she has been with the Lunautica team in Nice since 2006.
Always positive and patient, Pia keeps her cool in the most stressful and challenging situations. She is passionate about problem solving and port bookings in our corner of the yachting industry. Pia has things under control, and is ready to handle every situation you throw at her. She also enjoys Zumba, DIY home renovation and cooking.
Hailing from Italy, Sonia joined Lunautica Nice in 2010. She has extensive experience in the tourism industry having worked for a tour operator in England and Relais & Chateaux in Bermuda. She’s lived in the South of France since 2008 with her family of four.
The account’s manager of the team, Sonia is equipped with a big smile, open arms and a penchant for perfection. Easy going and reliable, Sonia is always there to support her colleagues and keep them in good spirits. In her free time Sonia loves playing the guitar and spending quality time with her family.
Petra left Czech Republic and joined yachting in 2000. She has been in the luxury service industry ever since. After many years on super yachts, she moved on land to work in private villas.
She loves spending time with her family, skiing, hiking and generally enjoying the outdoor life the Cote d’Azur has to offer. Her professionalism, positive attitude, empathetic nature together with attention to detail translates to methodical problem solving in busiest of times.
After years working in the high-end service industry, she understands firsthand the importance and urgency of any given situation.
Born into the yachting industry Mandy studied pharmacy before following her father’s footsteps by joining the exciting world of luxury yachts and villas.
She spent several years at sea before she felt that a shore-based position was better suited for her and joined the Lunautica Team in 2021.
Brought up on the French Riviera, Mandy contributes with her extensive contact network, knowledge of the area and a positive energetic attitude – “with a French touch that sometimes helps tip the scale”.
Throw her a seemingly impossible challenge and see the job get done!
